- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
- Add oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness. For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder or dark chocolate chips.
