Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until softened.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and cooked rice. Season with salt and pepper.
