- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup or honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir well to ensure the oats are coated and combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats again and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add milk if the mixture gets too thick.
