  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy; chop and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and carrots until tender.
  3. Add chicken broth; bring to a simmer while stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and seasoning; then gradually add cheddar until melted.
  5. Add gnocchi; cook for about 2 minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in chopped bacon, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot.
