Description

Deliciously soft and gooey blondies infused with Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for any sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and Biscoff cookie butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the brown sugar and whisk until smooth.
  5. Crack in the eggs and whisk until well incorporated.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  8. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  9. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  10. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  11. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before transferring to cool completely.
  13. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
