Ingredients
Pasta (rigatoni, linguine, or spaghetti) – 8 oz
Boursin cheese (garlic & herbs) – 1 block
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
Reserved pasta water – as needed
Freshly cracked pepper – to taste
Optional: baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cooked chicken
Instructions
1. Cook pasta in salted water; reserve 1 cup pasta water.
2. In a skillet, warm olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add drained pasta to the skillet.
4. Crumble in Boursin cheese over the pasta.
5. Gradually add pasta water, tossing until creamy.
6. Add pepper to taste and adjust seasoning.
7. Optional: add spinach, tomatoes, or chicken for variation.
8. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Use yogurt or light cream for added creaminess if desired.
