- 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly across the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a quarter-inch around the edge clean.
- Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
- Add the fresh basil on top.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth across the whole plate.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin-sliced baguette and enjoy!

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients. This dip can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free crackers or veggie sticks.
