Description

Ingredients

  • 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly across the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a quarter-inch around the edge clean.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth across the whole plate.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin-sliced baguette and enjoy!
