A fun twist on a classic favorite, these Cajun Chicken Sloppy Joes are packed with spicy flavors and made with ground chicken for a lighter meal.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until they are softened.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
- Serve the mixture on burger buns.
Notes
For an extra kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Leftover mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
