- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat, stirring in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the steak tips and Parmesan sauce in the skillet, tossing until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
