Ingredients

- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup mocha chips
- ½ cup dried cherries (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and stir until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until blended.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips, mocha chips, and dried cherries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, giving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
These cookies are exceptional on their own or paired with a glass of milk or coffee. For a decadent treat, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
