Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

Description

A comforting warm pasta dish served in crispy bread bowls, filled with creamy chicken Alfredo for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  4. Slice tops off kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers.
  5. Mix melted butter with additional garlic and herb seasoning; brush inside and around edges of bread bowls.
  6. Toast bread bowls in oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine drained pasta, Alfredo sauce, and cooked chicken; stir well.
  8. Fill toasted bread bowls with chicken Alfredo mixture; top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  9. Return filled bowls to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Consider using rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. Add veggies for extra nutrition.
