A comforting warm pasta dish served in crispy bread bowls, filled with creamy chicken Alfredo for a cozy meal.
Ingredients

- 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 3–4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Slice tops off kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers.
- Mix melted butter with additional garlic and herb seasoning; brush inside and around edges of bread bowls.
- Toast bread bowls in oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained pasta, Alfredo sauce, and cooked chicken; stir well.
- Fill toasted bread bowls with chicken Alfredo mixture; top with shredded parmesan cheese.
- Return filled bowls to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Consider using rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. Add veggies for extra nutrition.
