- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix to combine.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and half of the cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt.
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
Notes
For a variation, add diced tomatoes or bell peppers for sweetness and color. Use different pasta types like bowties or fusilli as desired.
