Delicious and easy-to-make Cinnamon Roll Cake that gives you the warm comfort of cinnamon rolls in a cake form.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Gently swirl the sugar into the batter with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool a bit before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a simple glaze made with powdered sugar and milk. Can also be served with coffee or tea.
