Description
Deliciously creamy and crunchy protein-packed snacks made with Oreos and cream cheese, ideal for a quick treat or post-workout boost.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 15–20 Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the protein powder while stirring until well combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add milk a tablespoon at a time until a dough forms.
- Add vanilla extract, salt, and any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.
- Optionally, roll the chilled balls in more Oreo crumbs or shredded coconut before serving.
Notes
Optional sweeteners like honey or maple syrup can be added for extra sweetness. Chilling significantly improves texture.
