Description
A festive and simple dessert that serves a crowd, reminiscent of a dirt cup.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Mix until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing it all together until well blended.
- Grab your favorite casserole dish and layer the crushed Oreo cookies on the bottom.
- Spread that dreamy cream cheese mixture over the Oreo layer.
- Top it off with more crushed Oreos and pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, cut into squares or scoop with a big spoon. Add pastel candy eggs on top for a fun Easter touch. Keep it covered in the fridge and it stays fresh for about 3-4 days. If the top softens, just press fresh crushed Oreos on before serving. Do not freeze.
