Description

A festive and simple dessert that serves a crowd, reminiscent of a dirt cup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Mix until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing it all together until well blended.
  3. Grab your favorite casserole dish and layer the crushed Oreo cookies on the bottom.
  4. Spread that dreamy cream cheese mixture over the Oreo layer.
  5. Top it off with more crushed Oreos and pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, cut into squares or scoop with a big spoon. Add pastel candy eggs on top for a fun Easter touch. Keep it covered in the fridge and it stays fresh for about 3-4 days. If the top softens, just press fresh crushed Oreos on before serving. Do not freeze.
