Ingredients

  • 2½ cups dry powdered milk
  • 1/23/4 cup sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until mixed thoroughly, with no visible milk powder left.
  3. Store in an airtight container, including a measuring scoop.
  4. When ready to serve, add a scoop of mix to hot water and stir.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using dark cocoa. You can also add a dash of vanilla or peppermint extract for variation.
