Ingredients

- 2½ cups dry powdered milk
- 1/2–3/4 cup sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until mixed thoroughly, with no visible milk powder left.
- Store in an airtight container, including a measuring scoop.
- When ready to serve, add a scoop of mix to hot water and stir.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using dark cocoa. You can also add a dash of vanilla or peppermint extract for variation.
