Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz / 432g) Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll about 1.5 tablespoons of dough in powdered sugar until coated.
  4. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and tops have crinkles.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
