- 1 box (15.25 oz / 432g) Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll about 1.5 tablespoons of dough in powdered sugar until coated.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and tops have crinkles.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
