Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until peppers are tender.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling.
