Description

A quick and easy skillet dish with ground turkey, bell peppers, and spices, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, lettuce leaves, or taco shells for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until peppers are tender.
  5. Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling.
