Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until the batter holds together.
  5. Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  6. Space the churro bites in the air fryer basket so they do not crowd each other.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
