Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until the batter holds together.
- Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Space the churro bites in the air fryer basket so they do not crowd each other.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm dusted with cinnamon or a light chocolate drizzle. Pair with yogurt for dipping.
