Delicious and guilt-free Oreo cheesecake bites that require no baking, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low-fat Cool Whip
  • 24 Oreo Thins

Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Add one Oreo thin to each liner for the base.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Beat until well combined.
  5. Mix in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos.
  6. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until combined.
  7. Scoop the cream cheese mixture evenly into each cupcake liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
  8. Freeze for about 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
