- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. tub low-fat Cool Whip
- 24 Oreo Thins
Instructions
- Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
- Add one Oreo thin to each liner for the base.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Beat until well combined.
- Mix in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until combined.
- Scoop the cream cheese mixture evenly into each cupcake liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
- Freeze for about 3 hours before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
