- 2 cups strawberries

Instructions
- Add chopped strawberries and lemon juice to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until soft and jam-like. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract, blending until even.
- Spoon cooled strawberry mixture into jars, layering with cheesecake filling. Repeat layers if necessary, and finish with cheesecake or strawberry layer on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve cold, topped with fresh strawberries or crushed graham crackers.
Notes
