Description

Indulgent yet healthy high-protein strawberry cheesecake jars that are perfect for snacks or desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • Sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Vanilla extract (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add chopped strawberries and lemon juice to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until soft and jam-like. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract, blending until even.
  3. Spoon cooled strawberry mixture into jars, layering with cheesecake filling. Repeat layers if necessary, and finish with cheesecake or strawberry layer on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Serve cold, topped with fresh strawberries or crushed graham crackers.

Notes

Best when chilled overnight for optimal texture and flavor. Use full-fat cream cheese for creaminess.
