Ingredients

  • 2 cups instant dry milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, sift the powdered sugar.
  2. Sift in the instant dry milk and cocoa powder on top of the powdered sugar and whisk to combine.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and whisk again until well mixed.
  4. Store the hot chocolate mix in food storage jars for freshness.
  5. To prepare, add ⅓ cup of the mix to a heat-safe mug and stir in 1 cup of warm milk.

Notes
