This homemade Mounjaro-inspired drink uses pink salt, lemon, and water to gently support hydration, digestion, and blood sugar balance. A natural morning ritual that’s simple, clean, and energizing.
Ingredients
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
8–12 oz filtered water
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 tsp maple syrup or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Add water to a glass or jar.
2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
3. Add a pinch of pink salt.
4. Stir in maple syrup or apple cider vinegar if using.
5. Mix well and drink first thing in the morning.
Notes
Use warm water if preferred, especially in colder seasons.
