Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  6. Optional: Add red pepper flakes or nuts if desired.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, top with toasted nuts. They can also be added to pasta for a quick meal.
