- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
- Optional: nuts for crunch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized, flipping halfway through.
- Optional: Add red pepper flakes or nuts if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with toasted nuts. They can also be added to pasta for a quick meal.
