Description

A warm, cheesy Italian Stromboli filled with delicious meats and spices, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 10 slices salami
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 10×14 inch rectangle.
  3. Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer the pepperoni, salami, and ham on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the top.
  6. Roll the dough lengthwise into a log and seal the edges well.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with warm marinara sauce on the side.
