Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and mix in the granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add in the eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar and remaining lemon juice until smooth. Once the brownies are cool, spread the glaze on top.
