- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangoes and slice the strawberries.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mangoes, strawberries, sugar, water, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired, then blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe dish and cover tightly.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid, stirring every few hours for a smooth texture.
- Scoop into bowls or cones to serve, garnishing with mint or extra fruit if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.
