- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness about ¾ inch thick.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil the top for the last few minutes of baking. Adjust seasonings to taste, adding chili flakes or favorite herbs if desired.
