Description
Soft, gooey, and glazed to perfection, these mini cinnamon roll bites are quick to make and totally addictive. Perfect for brunch or sweet snacking!
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
2. Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces.
3. Toss biscuit pieces with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Place a few pieces into each muffin cup.
5. Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make glaze.
7. Drizzle glaze over bites while still warm.
Notes
Optional: Add chopped pecans or a drizzle of maple syrup for fall flavor.
You can substitute cream cheese glaze for a richer twist.
Store in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
