Description

Delicious no-bake protein bites that are rich in protein and taste like brownie batter, perfect for guilt-free snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ⅓ cup almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond or peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until everything is well combined.
  3. Use your hands (or a spoon if you prefer) to scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the bites on a plate or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Let them chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before digging in.

Notes

For a sweet-salty twist, add a sprinkle of sea salt. You can also roll the bites in crushed nuts or coconut flakes for extra texture.
