Delicious no-bake protein bites that are rich in protein and taste like brownie batter, perfect for guilt-free snacking.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup almond or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond or peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until everything is well combined.
- Use your hands (or a spoon if you prefer) to scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a plate or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before digging in.
Notes
For a sweet-salty twist, add a sprinkle of sea salt. You can also roll the bites in crushed nuts or coconut flakes for extra texture.
