Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut water (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup lime juice (to taste)
- Optional: 1/2 cup non-alcoholic rum
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over the top.
- Garnish with lime wheels or cherries and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the lime juice based on taste preference. For added sweetness, increase cream of coconut or add simple syrup.
