Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and enough water to cover it.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions until the pasta is al dente.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the milk and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh grated Parmesan for better melting. Add a splash of milk if the sauce gets too thick. For a heartier option, fold in cooked chicken.
