Ingredients

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and enough water to cover it.
- Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions until the pasta is al dente.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the milk and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh grated Parmesan for better melting. Add a splash of milk if the sauce gets too thick. For a heartier option, fold in cooked chicken.
