Description
A 4-ingredient morning drink made with pink Himalayan salt, ACV, raw honey, and water—known to support hydration, digestion, and energy naturally.
Ingredients
1/2 cup filtered water (room temperature or warm)
4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Fill a jar with 4 tbsp pink Himalayan salt and cover with 1/2 cup filtered water.
2. Let sit for 12–24 hours until salt crystals remain undissolved.
3. Each morning, add 1 tsp of this concentrate (or plain pink salt) to a glass of filtered water.
4. Optionally add ACV and raw honey. Stir and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use only food-grade pink Himalayan salt.

Start with a half-dose if you’re new to ACV.
