Delightful and easy-to-make sweet cinnamon knots, perfect for brunch or a snack.

- 1 package Rhodes dinner rolls (frozen)
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Saigon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray it lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the frozen dinner rolls on the baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix together the cane sugar, dark brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Melt your butter and coat the bottom of a casserole dish with it.
- Sprinkle some of the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the buttered dish.
- Roll each thawed piece of dough into 9-inch strips, then lightly dip them into melted butter and coat with the sugar mixture.
- Tie each strip into a loose knot and dip the top and sides into the sugar mixture again if desired.
- Arrange the knots side by side in the casserole dish and let them rise for about an hour until they double in size.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally drizzled with icing. Pairs well with coffee or tea.
