Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the pork chops in the mixture until fully coated.
- Chop potatoes into wedges and toss with remaining seasoning mixture.
- Arrange pork chops and potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
