Ingredients
1 cup sourdough discard
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Additional sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a bowl, combine sourdough discard, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until a dough forms.
3. Roll the dough out thinly on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch.
4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
5. Cut into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra crispness, roll the dough as thin as possible.
Re-crisp in a warm oven if they soften over time.
