- 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix your sourdough starter, flour, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl.
- Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Roll out your dough on parchment paper or a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer it to the baking pan and bake for about 7 minutes until it’s pale golden.
- Brush the top of the crust with olive oil before adding your favorite sauce and toppings.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in some herbs or garlic powder into the dough. You can also try this dough for calzones or breadsticks!
