Description

Creamy, no-bake Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Chunks layered with a nostalgic strawberry crunch topping, perfect for summer desserts.


Ingredients

24 Golden Oreos, crushed

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

6 tbsp melted butter

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Crush Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries, mix with melted butter.

3. Press half of the mixture into the pan to form the crust.

4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.

5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.

6. Spread cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.

7. Top with chopped fresh strawberries.

8. Sprinkle remaining strawberry crunch on top.

9. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

10. Lift with parchment, slice into chunks, and serve chilled.
