Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely before adding the glaze.
- For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and strawberry jam until smooth and drizzle it over the cooled cookies.
Notes
