Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets

- Soy sauce or tamari
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
- Place the soaked rice paper on a clean surface and add noodles, veggies, and herbs in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly, giving a gentle squeeze.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the rolls lightly with cooking oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for extra crispiness.
