  • Soy sauce or tamari
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
  3. Place the soaked rice paper on a clean surface and add noodles, veggies, and herbs in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, giving a gentle squeeze.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray the rolls lightly with cooking oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
