Description

Delightful and festive Valentine Strawberry Cookies that are easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pink, red, and white heart-shaped sprinkles (for decoration)
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until it’s smooth.
  3. If desired, fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoons of the dough and roll into little balls. Place them on the baking sheet with 2 inches of space in between.
  5. Flatten each ball gently with your hand or a spatula.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set, but the centers remain soft.
  7. Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the cookies and add heart sprinkles while the chocolate is still warm.
  9. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the softest centers. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
