Description

A fun and festive dessert with bright strawberry flavor, perfect for celebrations and brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box strawberry-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heart-shaped candies (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding mix)
  • Whipped cream and extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the strawberry pudding mix and milk for 2–3 minutes until it thickens.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the mini marshmallows, diced strawberries, chocolate chunks, and heart candies if desired. Mix gently.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill for at least an hour to meld flavors.
  5. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, extra strawberries, and a sprinkle of heart candies.

Notes

Use cold milk for the best texture and fold gently to keep the fluff airy. This dessert can be served as a sweet addition to pancakes.
