Ingredients
Cooked chicken, sliced – 1 cup
Romaine lettuce, chopped – 2 cups
Shaved parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup
Caesar dressing – 3 tbsp
Tortillas – 2 large
Croutons or panko (optional) – handful
Cherry tomatoes or avocado (optional) – as desired
Instructions
1. Cook and slice chicken if not using pre-cooked.
2. Wash, dry, and chop romaine lettuce.
3. Prepare shaved parmesan and optional extras.
4. Lay tortilla flat and layer lettuce, chicken, parmesan, and dressing.
5. Add croutons or panko for crunch.
6. Fold sides, roll tightly, and slice in half.
7. Serve immediately or wrap for lunch prep.
