- 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
- 1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped olives, cheddar, and mozzarella until everything is well incorporated.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Spread the olive mixture evenly over both halves.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool a little before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes. You can also experiment with different cheeses.
