Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- Cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- Eggs
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, or onions)
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add vegetables and sauté until soft.
- Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked through.
- Lay a slice of sourdough bread flat, spoon the egg mixture on top, and add cheese.
- Fold the bread over to create a wrap.
- Cook in the skillet until the outside is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers wrapped tightly in foil or in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
