Description

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add vegetables and sauté until soft.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked through.
  5. Lay a slice of sourdough bread flat, spoon the egg mixture on top, and add cheese.
  6. Fold the bread over to create a wrap.
  7. Cook in the skillet until the outside is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.
