Delicious warm bites made with sourdough starter, coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a big mixing bowl.
- Shape the dough into small bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle it over the bites.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm alongside coffee or tea. You can also add chocolate chips or experiment with flavors.
