- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 4 to 6 ripe bananas
- 1 box vanilla wafers (or Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies)
- Optional: a tiny pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk the cold milk and instant pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk until creamy and glossy.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then mix in the pudding mixture until blended.

Notes
For best results, chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for a soft, scoopable texture. You can add fresh banana slices on top just before serving for added freshness.
