- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (separated)
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
- 24 slices of sliced salami rounds (chopped)
- 2 loaves French bread or 4 baguettes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Thaw the spinach and drain well in a sieve, pressing to get out any excess water. Toss the spinach in a bowl and set it aside for later.
- Slice the top off each loaf of bread horizontally and scoop out the insides to create a crusty shell.
- Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion soup mix, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of mozzarella and feta cheese to the mixture, mixing it all in.
- Fold in the spinach and salami to ensure everything is well combined.
- Divide the creamy mixture between the loaves and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-24 minutes until the tops are golden and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before slicing to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or use different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack.
