- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg (beaten, for brushing)

Instructions
- Feed your sourdough starter until it’s bubbly.
- Mix the starter with flour, water, honey, and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Divide the dough into pieces and shape them into pretzels.
- Boil each pretzel in baking soda water for 30 seconds.
- Place them on a baking sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
