- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the mashed bananas, sourdough starter, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix until well blended.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
